Learnloopz Technologies Private Limited (“Learnloopz”, “the Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Learnloopz quiz-battle learning platform available at www.learnloopz.com, together with the student panel, the teacher panel, and any mobile application we launch in the future (collectively, the “Platform”). This Privacy Notice explains what personal information we collect from students, teachers, and other visitors (“you” or “User”), why we collect it, who we share it with, how we protect it, and the rights and choices available to you.

Please read this Notice carefully. By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. If you do not agree with any part of this Notice, please do not use the Platform.

2. Scope of this Notice

This Notice applies to:

• www.learnloopz.com, including the student sign-up and profile pages, quiz-battle rooms, and leaderboards;

• The teacher panel used to host quizzes and view results; and

• Our Android and iOS mobile applications, once launched. We currently offer the Platform only as a website; when the mobile app becomes available, we will update this Notice to reflect any additional data collected through it.

This Notice currently applies to Users located in India. If we begin operating in other countries, we will update this Notice accordingly.

3. Who Can Use Learnloopz

Learnloopz accounts may be created and utilized by:

• Students (Classes 6 to 12): Any student who is below 18 years of age (“Minor”) may only use the Platform under the direct supervision, consent, and approval of their parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian assumes full legal and contractual responsibility for the minor's use of the Platform.

• Adult Users & Teachers: Individuals aged 18 years or older who are fully competent to enter into legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Accounts are registered via individual Google Sign-In. Where an account is created for or by a student under 18, it is deemed to have been created with the express authorization of the student’s parent or legal guardian.

4. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information about you:

Quiz, battle & performance data	Quiz scores, accuracy and speed, rank/leaderboard position, streaks, badges, and achievements
Payment & subscription	Billing address, transaction/payment history, and subscription plan and status. Your card, UPI, or bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment gateway partner (currently Razorpay) — Learnloopz does not store your full card, UPI, or bank account details on its own servers.
Device & technical data	IP address and device ID/type
Location	Approximate location (city and state level) derived from your IP address to enable regional quiz matchmaking and fair server allocation. We do not track or store precise GPS coordinates of student users.
Communications	Support tickets or chats, and feedback or reviews you send us
Sign-in data	Basic profile information (name and email address) shared by Google when you sign in with your Google account
Camera / microphone	Camera and/or microphone access where enabled for proctoring or monitoring during certain assessments

We do not currently use bulk enrolment data, and we do not collect health information, biometric templates, or other sensitive categories beyond those listed above.

5. How We Collect Your Information

We collect information directly from you — when you sign up using your Google account, complete your profile, take part in quiz battles, contact customer support, or make a payment. We do not purchase or receive personal information about you from third-party data brokers.

6. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account;

• Run live quiz battles and match you with rooms or opponents;

• Calculate and display leaderboards and ranks;

• Generate performance analytics and personalised recommendations;

• Detect cheating or fraud and enforce our Fair Play Policy;

• Send service updates, reminders, or notifications;

• Send marketing or promotional messages, where permitted (you may opt out at any time);

• Process payments and manage subscriptions;

• Provide customer support; and

• Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

7. Who Else Can See Your Information

Leaderboards

If you score marks and achieve a rank in a quiz battle, your name, photo, score, and rank may be visible to other students competing within the same category (e.g. NEET or JEE). If you do not place on the leaderboard, this information is not shown. Schools and institutes do not have a login to the Platform and cannot see any student's data or leaderboard position.

Teachers

A teacher can see the results of only those students who took part in a quiz or battle that the teacher hosted. Teachers cannot view any other leaderboard ranking, or a student's overall profile, activity, or performance outside quizzes they themselves have hosted.

Parents and guardians

Learnloopz does not currently offer a separate parent-facing account or dashboard. A parent or guardian who wishes to review a child's information may do so by signing in using the child's account credentials, or by writing to us at learnloopzsupport@gmail.com.

8. Third-Party Service Providers

We share personal information with the following service providers, solely so that they can perform services on our behalf:

These providers are only authorised to use your information to provide services to us and are required to keep it confidential and secure.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party, and we do not currently use your information for third-party advertising or ad-targeting.

9. Automated Tools and Matchmaking

We do not currently use AI or other automated tools to generate recommendations, match opponents, or score users. When a student or teacher creates a quiz battle, a notification is sent to other eligible players, and anyone interested may join. As our user base grows, we may introduce automated matchmaking; if we do, we will update this Notice before the feature goes live.

10. Children and Minors — Special Provisions

A substantial portion of our users are school students enrolled in Classes 6 to 12 who are under 18 years of age. We are committed to protecting young learners through the following standards:

• Parental Representation & Consent: We do not permit independent account creation by minors without parental involvement. By permitting a student to register or use the Platform, the parent or legal guardian represents and warrants that they have reviewed, understood, and consented to this Privacy Notice and the Terms of Service on behalf of the minor.

• No Behavioral Tracking or Targeted Ads: We do not track, profile, or monitor the online behavior of student users across third-party websites or services, nor do we sell student data or deliver targeted behavioral advertising to children.

• Parental Rights & Controls: A parent or legal guardian possesses the absolute right to review personal data collected from their child, request corrections, revoke previously granted consent, or demand the permanent deletion of the child’s account and associated data at any time.

• Exercising Rights: Parents or guardians may exercise these rights without fee by contacting our Grievance Officer directly at learnloopzsupport@gmail.com from their registered contact email. Requests will be acknowledged and resolved within the statutory timelines.

11. Live Tutoring and In-App Communication

Our Live Tutoring feature allows a teacher and the students in that session to chat as a group. We do not currently offer one-to-one chat between students. Messages exchanged during a Live Tutoring session may be visible to other participants in that same session.

12. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We currently use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. We do not yet display a cookie-consent banner but are in the process of implementing one; once available, you will be able to manage your cookie preferences through it. In the meantime, you can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, and you can learn more about Google Analytics' data practices from Google's own privacy policy.

13. Data Storage, Security, and Retention

• Where your data is stored: your information is hosted in India through our hosting provider, Hostinger. We do not transfer your personal information outside India.

• Security: we use reasonable security practices and procedures, appropriate to the nature of the information we hold, to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

• Retention: we retain your account credentials for as long as your account remains active. We are finalising a defined retention schedule for the other categories of information described in Section 4, and this Notice will be updated once that schedule is confirmed.

We do not transfer, store, or process your personal information outside India.

14. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

You may:

• Access the personal information we hold about you;

• Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information; and

• Request deletion of your account and associated information.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at learnloopzsupport@gmail.com, or use the support section within the Platform. We aim to respond to and resolve such requests within 3–5 business days.

16. Changes to this Notice

We may revise this Privacy Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, new features (such as the launch of our mobile application or automated matchmaking), or applicable law. Any update will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Notice.

17. Governing Law

This Notice is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, and — as and when its consent, notice, and children's-data provisions come into force — the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. The courts of New Delhi will have the exclusive jurisdiction if any dispute arises out or in connection with this privacy notice.
